Order Cancellation by Customer
Free Cancellation (Full Refund Eligible)
You can cancel your order without any charges if:
- Cancellation is made within 2 minutes of placing the order.
- The restaurant has not yet accepted your order.
- The restaurant is unable to fulfill your order due to unavailability of items.
Partial Refund / No Refund
- If the restaurant has already accepted your order but not started preparation, a cancellation fee may apply.
- If the restaurant has started preparing your order, cancellation will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
- If the delivery partner has already picked up your order, cancellation is not possible.

Order Cancellation by Restaurant
If a restaurant cancels your order due to:
- Non-availability of ordered items
- Temporary closure or operational issues
- Capacity constraints
You will receive a full refund to your original payment method or Chaafo Wallet within 24-72 hours.

Order Cancellation by Chaafo
Chaafo reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- Suspected fraudulent transaction or misuse of offers/coupons.
- Incorrect pricing due to technical errors.
- Non-availability of delivery partners in your area.
- Natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events.
- Violation of Chaafo's Terms of Use.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Repeated Cancellations
Chaafo monitors cancellation patterns. Customers with a high frequency of cancellations may face:
- Temporary suspension of the cancellation feature.
- Account review or restriction.
- Ineligibility for certain offers or promotions.

Scheduled / Pre-Orders
For scheduled or pre-placed orders:
- Cancellation is allowed up to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time.
- Cancellations made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
